Mariposa Welsh and Sport Ponies will be selling about half the herd this year of top quality Section A's and B's - some are on Vancouver Island and some in Vernon.

Some of the mares which are for sale have been bred to 'Flare's Royal Signature', our new palomino stallion.

Ponies to be sold include – trained riding ponies, bred or open mares, youngsters and two beautiful stud colts (one buckskin and one mahogany bay) sired by Supreme Champion, Rosedale El Senor, imported from the Old Country.

Five-year-old Registered Welsh / Hackney mare, 12.3hh. Well started, jumping 2’3. Wonderful personality, with no issues. She will make an excellent beginner’s pony. She is calm and sensible at all times and well behaved in a show environment. She has been under saddle for two seasons. She loads well, is good with her feet, no issues with bathing. She is an excellent hunter jumper prospect pony and easily won her first jumping class. She is also already involved with the ‘Heritage’ program as the classes she was in at the Sport Horse show qualified her.
